The next set of walls went fast because we got better at it :). We built a second door frame for the utility room. I suggest a 36" door. We also built the our first soffit for the vent and piping they laid out due to the Hot water heater mistake. That's not normally the size of the soffit they built when they finish your basment. When builting on that long, you need to block it to give it support in the middle which is not in this picture but was added later.

no this is not a window in the basement. It's the opening for the 120g in-wall reef tank. I wish I could make it bigger but the pipe setup behind the wall did not allow me to do so.

Good work.
If you don't want your doors to jam later in the jamb it would be better if you made your headers with the 2x4's standing on end rather flat like you have them.
Try this: put one 8 foot, 2x4, flat, on a block of wood (at each end) now try standing it. Sags, right? Now, try setting it on end on those same blocks...doesn't sag, right? Over time, because the header carries all the weight, it will sag in the middle (it's weakest point).
Just something to keep in mind when building.
