So the project begins. Simon and I are going to tackle this on our own. Here is the the quick VISIO diagram. As you can see, it's the basic media room, guest room, and a utility room that will store the inwall 120 gallon fish tank that near the media room.


One tip for home owners who bought a new construction home with unfinished basements. Check your basement out frequently as they install the pipes and wires. When they don't finish it, they put the pipes and wires convient to them not with finishing in mind. This leads to adjustments and soffits you have to create different from the builder's spec'ed basement plans. They had made a mistake when they installed my hot water heater and when they corrected it, they never corrected the piping invovled.
